Post~Partum:  Taking care of your physical & mental health as a new mom should be a priority to be and remain a happy mother.                                                                              Post~Partum massage, Effective holistic and therapeutic approach to deal with the physical + mental adjustments caused by pregnancy and after childbirth. Improves symptoms of post-natal hormonal balance. This bodywork may involve lower body stretches, Acupressure, foot massage. hot compress/ The 90 min session includes abdominal work (to balance internal organs and restore body to pre-pregnancy, speeding healing and assisting with C-section recovery) and cool marbles facial/scalp massage.
